Agreement and Eligibility
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Molasio website, restaurant software platform, and related services ("Services") provided by [Molasio legal entity name] ("Molasio," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, placing an order for Services, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. You must have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Molasio may provide restaurant websites, online ordering tools, reservations, analytics, marketing features, AI-assisted functionality, and other modules according to the selected plan, applicable order, and product availability.
Features, integrations, and service availability may vary by plan, region, implementation stage, or third-party dependencies. Marketing descriptions are not guarantees that every feature is available in every plan.
Accounts and Authorized Users
- Provide accurate registration and business information and keep it current.
- Protect account credentials and use appropriate access controls for staff and contractors.
- Promptly notify Molasio of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents affecting your account.
- Remain responsible for activities by authorized users and for compliance with applicable laws.
Plans, Fees, Billing, and Taxes
Subscription pricing, billing cadence, included features, setup fees, trial terms, and any discounts will be stated on the applicable checkout page, order form, or written agreement. Taxes may apply.
Unless an order expressly states otherwise, recurring subscriptions renew according to the disclosed billing cycle until canceled under the applicable cancellation terms. Do not publish specific refund, renewal, or cancellation promises until the checkout and billing flows implement them.
Founding Partner or presale offers may have separate start dates, minimum commitments, discounts, and conditions. Those terms must be clearly presented and accepted at checkout and will control where they conflict with these general Terms.
Restaurant Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate menus, pricing, availability, tax settings, allergen disclosures, hours, and business details.
- Fulfill customer orders, reservations, refunds, and service obligations in accordance with applicable law.
- Obtain necessary notices, permissions, and consents for customer data, marketing messages, and communications.
- Comply with food safety, accessibility, consumer protection, privacy, payment, and other laws applicable to your business.
- Review automated suggestions and verify operational decisions before implementation.
Payments and Third-Party Services
Payments may be processed by independent payment providers subject to their own terms and policies. Molasio is not a bank or payment processor unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
Third-party integrations, delivery services, communication providers, and other external services may be governed by separate agreements. Their availability and performance are outside Molasio’s direct control.
AI-Assisted Features
AI-generated responses, forecasts, recommendations, and other outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and retaining human oversight of consequential decisions.
Do not rely on AI outputs as professional legal, tax, financial, medical, or food-safety advice. Do not submit information that you are not authorized to process. AI features may be subject to additional usage limits and provider restrictions.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe systems without authorization, introduce malware, or disrupt availability.
- Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.
- Do not use the Services to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable marketing or privacy laws.
- Do not resell or reverse-engineer the Services except where expressly permitted by law or written agreement.
Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content and data you lawfully provide to Molasio. You grant Molasio the rights necessary to host, process, display, and transmit that content to provide the Services and fulfill the agreement.
Molasio and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, designs, trademarks, and related intellectual property. These Terms provide a limited right to use the Services, not a transfer of ownership.
You are responsible for securing rights to uploaded images, logos, menus, and other materials. Ownership and permitted uses of AI-generated outputs may depend on applicable law and provider terms.
Privacy and Data Processing
Our Privacy Policy describes certain personal information practices. Where Molasio processes restaurant customer data on behalf of a business, additional data processing terms may apply and should be incorporated into the customer agreement where legally required.
Each restaurant remains responsible for its own privacy notices and lawful instructions concerning customer data.
Service Availability and Changes
We aim to operate reliable Services, but maintenance, updates, network interruptions, third-party outages, and other events may affect availability. Any service-level commitment applies only if expressly included in a separate written agreement.
We may modify or discontinue features subject to applicable agreements and law. Material changes affecting paid subscriptions should be handled consistently with the customer contract and required notice obligations.
Suspension and Termination
Molasio may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful use, material breach, or payment failure, subject to applicable agreements and law.
Cancellation, termination, data export, and deletion rights depend on the applicable subscription or order terms. Clearly specify cancellation procedures, renewal rules, any minimum commitment, and post-termination data handling before publication.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, and except for express warranties in a separate written agreement, the Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific business results, or error-free AI outputs.

Limitation of Liability
